This isn’t just a brand. It’s a rebellion against burnout. A homecoming to our bodies, our culture, and our joy.
Well-ish was born from a simple question:
What would wellness look like if it actually felt like us?
Not the green juice aisle version. Not the influencer-in-the-Alps version. The real version—for people with jobs, kids, cravings, and complicated cultural histories. The kind of wellness that remembers where we come from, and still pushes us forward.
I’m Corinne
—a Caribbean girl, wellness rebel, and lover of pepper, playlists, and pleasure.
I started Well-ish because I was tired of feeling like health had to mean deprivation. Tired of wellness spaces that didn’t look or sound like me or the people I love. So I made my own. One that’s rooted in nourishment, culture, community, and care.
If you’ve ever felt like the wellness world forgot about you—welcome. You belong here.
the well-ish philosophy
Connection to Body
We don’t believe in chasing a size. We believe in feeding, moving, and resting our bodies like they matter—because they do.
“Loving your body means feeding it with intention, rest, and care — not just admiring it in the mirror.”
Connection to Land
We celebrate bush medicine, market bags, and the wisdom in our local ingredients. Wellness isn’t something we import. It’s been in our soil all along.
““The earth feeds us, and we care for it back. That’s the deal.”
Connection to Community
We heal in community—whether it’s your grandmother, your best friend, or your whole nation. Living well is a form of service too.
“When we eat like we matter,
we live like others do too.”
